History of SBECT foundation

Shree B.Basavaiah Educational and Charitable Trust® is a Registered Trust under Trust Act. Everyman and women irrespective of religion, community caste, creed, or sex to which he or she may belong shall be entitled to the benefits of the TRUST provided that the Trustees may formulate rules relating to the extension of such benefits it a class of classes of persons having regard to the scope of the programme under which benefit shall arise. No persons, shall as a matter of right, demand any benefit from the TRUST whether in the form of money, concessions, TRUSTS or otherwise.
Objectives of the trust:

  • Conduct and encourage schools, colleges of other education; As well as impart Education, Training and Discipline among the youth.
  • Conduct or encourage institutions of any level to impart Education and Training in different fields such as Education, Health, Culture for Social Economic and others of both formal and informal nature.
  • To promote Sports, Literacy, Cultural, Social & Spiritual Activities through training camps and other programmes or organized on its own or by others.
  • To promote social-economic welfare activities particularly among Women, Children and other weaker sections of the society.
  • To work for Rural Development and environment awareness and protection.
  • To organize and establish human resource training centers in the field of self-employment and rural development or eradication of social evils and promote national integration.
  • To take up research work on women and children social problem and rural development.
  • To publish educational, literacy and spiritual works and research work.
  • To establish health clinics, hospitals and medical centers to helps the poor and needy.
  • To organize and conduct training courses and camps for the betterment of unemployed men and women and work for the welfare of the disabled and aged.
  • To organize and conduct schools or welfare programmes for women spastic children.
  • To establish home for destitute women, children and rag pickers, and to promote SHGs.
